aerogarden pump timer?

hey has anyone removed the foam screen from the pump and seen the timer?
if so what the hell should it be on? its labeled 1 to 4 and it was on 3

comes stock at 2 and a half, it's really a personal preference. I calibrated mine by filling it up with water and watching the flow out of each duct. cheers
