alot, def getting a hps next time around to make shit easier because there are so many wires and shit

-4 27 watt
-5 42 watt
-1 140 watt (size of a football)
I had more but I took out 4 27 watt ones because it was getting too hot
what do you think?

thats how much i have, i got 12 24 Watt, 100 Equivalents, and the two 23 watt grow bulbs in the AG hood. haha it is a shit load of wires tho 
but i have to wait about another grow or so until i can get a HPS, they look really good man, what was your first Yield, if you dont mind me askin

it was a little over a zip, pretty weak if you ask me but I was still happy
I was at home depot today and they had bulbs that said metal halide and screwed in like a regular bulb? and also there was a 80 watt hps for 50$, I thought home depot didn't have this kinda stuff or is it not the right kind?

ya i was really surprised and didn't get it because I thought it wouldn't work, they also had a ton of daylight 6500k cfl's that went up to 200 watts and were huge and they were like 20 bucks

i mean safty wise like not burning down ur house lol...
i purchased a 150w hps mini floralux hood and ballast for 100 bucks on htgsupply..and no wireing is necasary just plug it in..
i also have the 20 dollar 150w hps bulbs u can buy from the depot and buy some ballast kit but i just think the extra 30-40 extra dollars is worth not worrying about my house burning down from the bulb bursting hot glass igniting the carpet...
lol just some 2 cents
