Aeroponics vs Bubbleponics and LIGHTS

Roseman recently has suggested an excellent way for building my own Bubbleponics.

Which would get more efficient Yields?

Aeroponics vs Bubbleponics.

at the same, Roseman doesn't suggest using HID lights because of heat?

But a resource from the Cannabis Bible actually says the light rays will produce optimal buds...

Since I plan on using HID light.

Aeroponics VS Bubbleponic on basis of Quality, Yield and Size.

and HID LIGHT security and opinions on setting it up.

Neither term, aeroponics nor bubbleponics, has more than avague meaning and both are misused. If you want to make a good decision you will need to get under the hood(s) and figure out what is really being described.
