Ah , So thankful for a medical card.

So I went to the clinic last night around 9:30 it closes at 11.

I don't have a car and figured I was down for the walk, so I get there get my meds and put my stuff in my pocket as it was still stapled and had the sticker on it.

I'm literally a block from my house and a cop pulls me over , its around 12 now . I simply show him my ID to show him I'm a adult . Then ask if I have anything suspicious in my pocket cause he saw a big bulge on the side. I pulled it out and he grabbed it from me real quick. Said this is illegal blah blah, then I showed him my Marijuana 'ID' Card with my verification number and all. I explained to him I don't have a car at the moment and needed my meds for tonight and in the morning , figured i'd get the walk over with cause I had nothing else better to do . He called to see if I'm verified then gave me a RIDE HOME TO MY HOUSE .

Very nice being legal! My neighbors really don't like me and keep calling the police. The police came out yesterday, did an inspection and brought the building inspector. Everything was fine. This is the 3rd time this season they have searched my house! First time I had 99 flowering indoors now I just have 18 outdoors. They took my phone number this time and said well call and we most likely won't be back out anymore, you follow the rules and obviously your neighbors just don't like you. As they were leaving I asked about the sound ordinances. I just have to follow the construction noise laws. 7am-10pm and not over a certain db level. I just ordered a db meter, too bad I don't have people over or it would be party at my house every morning and night. I guess I'll rock out by my self!

I hate to ask this, but since you seem to have no issues with local LEO... what county are you in? If I tried that here the sheriffs would shove it right up my ass.

If you don't want to answer that I totally understand. I hate to ask in the first place but moving to an outdoor garden friendly area would be nice.

Not a problem, I'm in San Joaquin county. I have a serious medical conditions and have huge scars to prove it, they are a bit nicer to me.

Tulare Co here also have the scars and medical records to prove that I need it.. Have had 22 years of pain meds that finally made me feel worse then my original conditions.. used MMJ 1st time in about 17 years 2 years ago and wont go back.

have not had any LEO at my house or pulling me over I'm under the limit and this area seems to be more MMJ friendly then other places in CA I have been reading about.
