Air exchanges every 2 mins vs 5 mins

So I've been reading about about how many air exchanges you want an everyone has a different answer, anything from atleast once per minute to 5 times a hour.
So my question is taking heat and humidity out of the equation, assuming there within range. Can anyone say they can notice a difference in growth rate and final product between exchanging once ever min or 2 vs once every 4 or 5 mins?

I use a co2 monitor to determine the proper fan speed. I got mine from @Inkbird they have a wifi model for only 80$ that does data logging of humidity and temps as well. It is a nice product and was much cheaper than my 500$ pulse pro--the pulse pro does light readings too

If using a fan controller with a sensor such as ac infinity to try to lower fan speeds, you can't forget that it doesn't read co2. You want the co2 in the grow to match up with what it is in the rest of your house basically

I just leave mine on 24/7. Ac infinity t6 on the 5th speed setting
What size tent is that? I was running a the s6 on the 4th setting in my 5x5.
The room I've moved Into tho is 10x9.
I'm looking at buying a silenced fan an only want to run at 50% for sound reasons, but there big and I have very little room.
I will just fit a 8" silenced fan but not really any bigger, that at half speed will do the room every 2 mins but once I account for filter and ducting it will exchange approximately every 3.5 mins maybe 4 at the max.

Trying to work out if this will be adequate.

Just a 3x3x7.

I run ac 8 inch in my 5 x 5. 1/2 max speed. You heard about heat on spiderfarmer sf4000? My drivers stay in my tent with + a King 250 watt. That's 750 wall watts and never over 81 degrees in there.

I recycle my air between three and five times a minute depending on tent size..at once every two minutes or less I can't even feel air coming out of the fans. I can't even set my 4" fans low enough to circulate that little tbh. Once every two minutes would be under 30 CFM in a 3x3, or 48cfm in a 4x4, and once every five minutes would be basically nothing at 19cfm in a 4x4, which would be achievable with a dimmed 120mm PC fan which is a severely low amount of exhaust.

I generally run 75cfm in a 2x2 or 150cfm in a 3x3 or 2x4, and that's with a cheap four inch fan on half or 2/3 power. That keeps heat within 3c of ambient. Any less than 120cfm in my 2x4 and the 200w board will raise temps well above ambient.

8 " ac is rated like 810 cfm but, cut 50 % off for carbon filter, then also 10 to 15 % for every 90 degree bend in ducting.
Wasn't sure how much the filter effected the airflow. I run straight PVC ducting in one tent and a smooth PVC elbow in another so hopefully not much drop in flow there.

All I know is that a 30cfm PC fan is putting out next to no air compared to my fan outs.
