AK-47- 330w LED- How do they look?

Hey everyone!

I just wanted to throw an update out there on my plants. I just topped these 2 days ago.





Sorry about the sideways pic. I do not know why it chose to do that.

But anyways. How are these babies looking? I am almost ready to put my ScrOG trellis up soon. I also, see a few brown spots on the very tips of very few of the leaves. Is that ok? Should I be worried about something? Am I doing ok??

Love your set up, they look good man. The brown tips should be ok as long as they are real small and the rest of the plant looks healthy. As long as you started at low ppm and aren't feeding every time they should be good

Are you already into flowering? or how long are you vegging them for?

I started too low and last week I got the ppms up to 6-700. My ppm truncheon only gives me 100 increments.

No, They are 4 weeks from seed today. Today I will be changing my rez and that marks the 1st day of week 3 veg. I plan on going at least 2-3 more weeks veg. When I topped I took off like 1-3 nodes on each plant to get them to the same height. So, I figured I would need an extra week. I think these AK-47's take a while to veg but when flowering kicks in they double to triple in size.

is this your first time on that setup? 2-3 weeks veg with that many plants in that space is going to be CROWDED... like... reeeeeeeaaaaalllyy crowded

eerrr wait... not every pot has a plant huh... how many plants you got under there?

What do you consider too low??? And how quickly did you jump to 700 ppm. you may have some burnage

These plants are only 6 inches tall at the moment. I ran one last year with the same strain. This time around I topped my plants and plan on doing a scrog with lst to keep bud canopy even for my LED to work on. It didn't work too well since the tall ak's filled up my room and couldn't get light penetration.

In other words, I am going to really feel it out for when I am going to flip. I am trying to get 60% of 3x3 screen filled with my veg plant. All of the main stalks will be underneath the screen so that all the side shoots and the 2 tops on each plant will all grow evenly with lsting and form a uniform bud canopy.

That is my hopes, but, this is my second grow every and I am just trying to take advantage of the setup that I have to work with. I am just really trying to not burn and give them the best lives all the way through. Any advice would be welcome though. I am always open for new ideas.

I was running them at 400pm and I started to see some deficiencies and upped it to about 650ppm. That was 5 days ago when I added more nutes.

This is my setup. Soon I will add the screen at 8" high above plants. out of the 6 I will take each one from the outside of the rows and moving it one site out. That way they have more than a square foot per plant.

oh, 4 plants you are good.. lol.. if all those pots had plants, it would be madness. You are probably good on the feeding too, maybe try and get it a little closer to +100ppm each feed. How often do you feed?

There is 2 rows of 3 plants. Still, I think I will be good. If not I will just cut out some. I filled all of the other netpots with hydroton to assist with airing out the root chamber. Tonight when I change the rez I will try to get it up to 750ppm? I flood every 4 hours and I am running a 24/0 light cycle right now

When you switch to flower you wanna run your veg nutes til they go thru their stretch. They use a lot of nitrogen during that growth spurt.

The nute line that I use actually has 2 options to choose from. They have a 2 part grow and a 2 part bloom. But, they also have what they call a Euro 2 part. The Euro which I use can cover both stages. That makes the additives also more important because they contain more nitrogen in the veg stage than flower. But, hopefully that gets me through.

The Euro A contains 2-0.5-0.5
euro B contains 2-2.9-9

why not go for a sea of green and just put a plant in every pot at 0-1 week veg. it looks like thats what you are set up for

If I had a chamber for a mother I would be pulling off a perpetual sog with this setup. I only had 6 seeds left and didn't want to deal with the bs involved.
