Al b fuct question

Iam sure there are plenty of riu members that are famliar(sc) with his method.

I have a question for those who have experience with it. When using the rockwool floc at just the

Bottom of the pots(filling the rest with perlite) is it necessary to ph adjust the floc? Or is this an un

necessary step to pre-soak the floc in 5.5 water for 24 hrs.

If I were using the floc for the whole pot I would assume you would need to but for just the bottom?

i like to preset my rock wool to 5.2

ya i would for sure ph it, i dont know about if 24hours is necessary tho. since it will be at the bottom of the pot i'm sure 4 or 5 hours will be cool.

Kinda figured I need to but like Al always says, iam a lazy stoner and would of liked one less step
