almost yellow tips on nodes

i got about a 4'' plant right now. it is been very generous eith the speed of growth so far. its been 8 days since it was planted in its medium. tempe stays from 81 day time and 74 night time. lights are 2'' above top of plant. just began mxing in very little nutes for the plant to ge used to it. we have used nutes once every 2 waterings. just making sure this little guy is healthy. any input will be appreciated.

also, im kind of confused about the pH levels. when should i start utilizing that? when should i transplant into a bigger home (pot)???

im kind of baffled by the lack of input. this site is usually on point with all viewers and posters

looks good to me man..keep doing what your doing unless it starts looking bad..and as far as the yellow tips be very sure of the nuts you are adding and if its fertilizer or something of such do NOT get it on your plant..or it will fry your plant..i made that mistake earlier this year with one of my best plants and it died =(
