Just wanted to drop in and make my 1st post an intro...please, treat me nicely!!
In the past I was a micro/rubbermaid grower who learned all my knowledge from OverGrow.cxm (RIP). Started my first grow nearly 10 years ago however life has thrown me many challenges and blessings which stalled my passion and interests. Now that things have settled down in life and career, it is TIME!!
My past grows were all done in rubbermaid, CFL's, and soil. Bought all my seeds from Gypsy, Nirvana seedbank - not even sure if they are around and if so, what their reputation would be today, lol. However I know this board for sure has their own favorite bank to visit - I meant no offense - just wanted to share my past resources so everyone knows where I'm coming from. I've got some bagseed and some leftover seeds from years ago which I kept cool and dry, I hope some may still germ today.
Right now my immediate goal is to get started using hydro. I have a HydroFarm MegaGarden which will be used to "practice" growing via hydro - ebb and flow. It's only a 4 sq ft. growing space but I want to grow some actual vegetables in the front rows to get a hang of hydro before putting the real crops on the line.
Well, I could go on and on...but I just wanted to say I'm so happy to be here and finally with the opportunity to take my past goals and dreams into a hopeful reality with your helping hands.

Current interests:
- Starting a stealth grow cab using a wardrobe closet aka "Mills Pride" style cab - old school terminology, sorry. Hopefully can fit a mother section and flower section in one cab.
- Instead of HID, want to go LED for heat reasons - hey, I have a family now and would sleep easier knowing I won't burn the house down...especially with anyone in it
- Hydro, soil was fun - but gets "dirty" if you know what I mean
- Going SOG for a perpetual harvest of plant and harvest every 30 days - purely personal use, NO commercial intent
- Damn, I just want to chill with like minded, good hearted men and women...can't ask for more!
