aluminum foil good or bad

i started lining my closet with aluminum foil but wonder if it reflects light or absorbs the light. have u been successful using aluminum foils? any help is greatly appresated.

they say not to but it works at like 55% go with regular white paint its like 85% light reflected. peace

i used first grow i found that it made the room temp hotter but good air flow u should be good

White paint works great dude but for the 1st couple of weeks I made a grow box and lined it with Aluminum Foil. I've got pics of it in my albums and eventually when I had to repot it I switched it over to my closet with white paint. Its up to you but it worked great for me. Just check out the pics and look for yourself

i used an emergency blanket or space blanket its working well so far
