Am I giving too much nutrient?

Going on my 3rd week of growing, I have been giving my girls nutrient every other day and they look very green. Am I suppose to flush them in between? I NEED HELP!!!

your suppose to give nuits every week, high nitrogen is not good as it prevents the plant from flowering
