Am I ready to LST?

Plants are about 2 weeks old, under 6 24watt CFLs, 4 5k spectrum 2 2700 spectrum. Grown from bagseed, in re-used fox farm soil.

pics attached. should i start to LST? they will be in this box for the duration of their life. so i need them small.

U can start to lst but go real slow @ first... Don't wanna snap those babies.
