amber trich's after a little over a month of flower?

The buds on top smell super dank, kinda dense (for cfl's), and are starting to have a mix of amber and cloudy trichomes. I know that cfl light doesn't penetrate well so that is probably why the lower buds are so scraggly/undeveloped. Am i going to be having to harvest some of the top buds before the bottom ones? Aren't plants supposed to gain most of their weight within the last 4 weeks of flower, so should that be coming up pretty soon? I've just used a little cal mag, and 6 1650L, 26w cfl's.

what strain is that? all strains are different some take 65 days some can take up to 90 days

Are you checking the trichomes on the buds or on the leaves? As leaf trichomes develop faster than bud trichs.

really??? im pretty sure its the opposite... when i look at the leaf trics they are always the last ones to go amber
