Yes, I think that exact language was in the majority opinion which was written by decidedly non-conservative Justice Kennedy.

I think what we need to do as people, is move past the left wing right wing rubbish, move past politics as it stands now, and just remove all these middle aged men who have always led more than comfortable lives, where money leads princple and realise that its just another form of seperation.

It's quite amazing when you think of all the splits in life that puts us all into different groups. sports teams, religion, political stance, age, race, background, area you live in and the list goes on and on, its no wonder we can't see that 60 billion or whatever number of people can't do anything about what 300 people decide, that our only way to influence these people in power is to place votes on which ones we think our going to screw us least.

OK, I'm tired of being coy about this. The fact is that the supreme court has just turned everything over to the corporations, of which I am of course a part. That's right, your worst fears are realized! The first thing we are going to do is change the constitution and put Bush back in office after executing Obama for treason. Then our agenda for the first year will be as follows:

1. kill the arabs and steal their oil
2. burn the oil and destroy the environment
3. re-institute slavery
4. take ALL the money
5. eliminate public education but require attendance at christian schools

That's enough for now, we'll let you know about year two soon.

Which ones serve the people? Not the ones who voted for the bailout since their constituents didn't want the bailout. How come they weren't voted out?

I agree with the ruling. The Supreme Court can't protect us against stupid can they?
