Another Ghetto Cloner

Cost me maybe $10. I just hooked an old(and weak) air pump to a flexible air diffuser and cut the bottoms out of six of the pellet trays. Then I cut some grodan plugs into thirds(about a 1/2 inch thickness). I filled the tray with clonex solution with a little aquashield added.
That was about a week ago. 4 out of 5 have an obvious tap root. The fifth will make it, she's strong ;)

Grats! I made a DIY cloner as well. Used a 15gallon tote, some 3" net pots, and placed the DIY half inch PVC frame with 360 degree sprinklers powered by a 470gph water pump. Doesnt work.... sigh. Im dumb founded by how your cloning works but mine doesnt and its almost the exact same as the "ez-cloner" thats supposed to be the shit. /facepalm

When you say 'doesn't work', what exactly is not working?

regards,

Is your pump on a timer? I didn't cut my plugs, I'm using the full "a-ok" plug in a mini net pot. I'm also running dual air stones. I'm just worried about them getting too wet. Also I'm just cloning.
