Another Plant With Problems

I've been struggling with my plants for the last couple weeks since I over-fertilized. The first few leaves had already started falling off as usual by this time, but since then I've had the new leaf growth begin to yellow or turn lighter green on the edges and more and more leaves are losing all color and drying up.

As I said, I know I over-fertilized. I have pretty thoroughly flushed them. They are in their 6th week and I am using MG soil which I know is prone to problems. So in other words, I don't know if the problem is due to the over fert, the pH of the soil, or possibly a nutrient deficiency since I have only fertilized once in 6 weeks.

Repot?, Refertilize?, Flush More?

Well my pH is 7, so back to square one. The problem is getting worse by the day. The older leaves are losing their color and then drying, turning brown and dying. The newer leaves have either developed a lighter green area on their edges, or with the newest growth the leaves are simply turning bright yellow. Any more suggestions??? Please??
