"im looking for a anti-anxiety clear head high strain with no racy thought, mostly indica and high yeilding"

I would go with Northern Lights for an Anti-anxiety strain. I have a good awareness of what your looking for because I work in the mental health field. I find NL the best for anti-anxiety as well as strait Afghani and afghan Kush. Afghani and hybrids such as NL w/ Afghani mixed in seem to have good anti-anxiety qualities as I've experienced them. I would stay away from Haze or Strongly Sativa Hyrbids when it comes to anxiety.

You can acheive that a few ways. Off the bat you narrow it to indica. Personally indica brings on a little anxiety in me. But...the big but...if I smoke Sativa during the day and the roll into Indica, I'm able to smoke during the day and function and get my body ready for the indica.
Also, pipe, doob or bong can throw in another variable. I think I'm gonna go for a Sativa Dom bong rip and then 45min later throw in a Sativa/Indica pipe rip.
I mix it up a few ways for desired result.
