Any advice Is it OK to spray for bugs in this late flower Orange looking bugs please help

They look a bit rough ... nute issues.

Nitrogen excess ( shiny dark leaf ) attracts bugs and disease .... so there is that.

Predator mites. No sprays at this point.

Looks pretty tortured anyway. Are these insects eating it or causing damage? Got any pics of them?
