Any advice??

Hi all,
Been a while since i was last here im afraid
Currently 3 weeks into my 3rd grow, i have 3 Lemon Kush potted, but for some reason one of them has decided to show the other two up! They were all germinated/popped same time, and started off all the same. But now i have two midgets or do i have one on steroids lol.

As like my first 2 grows,I repotted to these pots at 2 weeks old, and they only have water.I use a 250 hps untill week 3/4 then use a 400w hps untill im ready to switch my lights timing. Currently on a 17/7 cycle at the moment, which has worked for me twice in the past.

Can anyone advise on what may be wrong? Temps are at a steady 27c , humidity is at around 47-52%.Air flow etc is also fine.

Will prob start up another indoor diary here, as i always take weekly pics so i can always learn from each grow with diff strains

Any help/advice will be greatfully recieved

cold spot perhaps or just a lazy seed

Might be transplant shock I wouldn't worry to much just give them a little time and they should bounce back
