? jw cause ive heard of a few but the site says u gotta be 21

dude not to be a dick but you've already been told. you can't be a caregiver until you are 21 YEARS OLD. you said you sent in your form but you will not be approved if you're 19. if you can wait a couple years you won't have any problems but in the meantime you're SOL.
