any experience with fox farms?

im a first time grower and i just recently harvested my first crop. im stoked on the quality of it but not so much the yield. i used fox farms nutes and i was wondering if anyone had experience with these because i skipped a week of using open sesame on accident during the second week of flowering and i was wondering if that might have affected my yield.

i also wish i would have known different strategies for increasing yield like fimming and supercropping. oh well theres always next time. i will appreciate any advice! thank you!
