It's not happy.
Can you tell us what you have done to make it unhappy?
PH, nutes, soil for starters, the other details don't really matter yet.

a shot of the whole plant would help as well. also ofc prob the most common thing - what's the watering routine like?

well we water them about every other day. tomorrow I will take pic of whole plant

No its almost all the way dry when I water them
