Any objections to using these lights?

Ive been thinking really deep on what I want to get and this is the setup Ive decided to pick up. Look like it would be okay? I plan on getting two of these 400watters eventually, but ill settle for one.

why don't u jus buy the Dual Specturm, it runs HPS and Metal halide bulbs, u get the HPS with it and but the MH bulb for 20 quid , u also get ballast, and reflector, i baught hps, mh, ballast reflector, biobizz grow/bloom, ph tester for 120 pounds

Isn't that what this is? It runs both MH and HPS..
