any plant friendly insect cures?

hello, i just started to flower about a week ago, and yesterday i noticed i have a thrip infestation. I found a few earlier in vegetative but i thought i got rid of them. Now that i have started to flower, i am concerned about insecticides because i dont want to hurt the little flowers that have started. Is there any cure for this bug that won't hurt any foliage or slow down growth? I do not have access to predator insects in my area.

Neem oil, you can use it all the way up to harvest.

Thanks man, i have read about neem oil, just wast sure if it would harm young flowers or not. I'll go pick up a couple bottles today

praying mantises are good for bug killing also make cool little garden pets.

Also a mild dish soap mixed with water.. a few drops per 1/2 gallon
