any reccomendations

So I'm about to make an order for my soil mix....which I hate to do but nobody carries it around here...ill be using the moonshine mix....i plan on putting o.f. Ff planting mix...light. Warrior....earthworm. Castings...hf. Starter....hf fruit and flower....big n chunky perlite...bone mea ...coco fiber..mycorrhizae supplement...maybe some ancient forest...and another boots of n...maybe blood meal ...any recommendations on something it may be lacking....im going to be feeding almost the whole time as well with organic and a lil inorganic feeds...please don't just say I should get a diff mix or make super soil either...i will make my own mix for next year...and I have seen what the mix can make so I think I'll be just peachey

Shoot us some more info, you kinda left out like a ton of info unless it works for you ,but then why ask? What nutes? Organic line, synthetic line ? How much of the ammendments are you using at what rate? Why not just inoculate your soil with acts to make all that stuff more available , so you don't have to feed, just supplement (take info you learn from your strains reactions and needs and amend the soil to your needs from your trials.... ) Bring that shit to life . My 2 cents

I'll be feeding with aact and dry ferts as I need to ...i top dress with bat shit and usually make some fish emulsion for veg...ill use synthetics only if I need to honestly...like if something goes south all the sudden ...i will prob give them some sort of synthetic foliar feeding as well...the amounts of the amendments in not exactly sure yet ...ill just add what I feel like I need to...iy usually works for me....i also have a buunnch of Finely ground egg shells I'll be adding to the mix....i was just wondering if you would add anything or take anything away form what I have listed...like say u see a problem with w.e nutrient I haven't added enough of or too much of to the mix....

IV heard of some ppl using rabbit food for teas...could you use it in your soil as well?...and thank you ruby for your suggestions ....i was thinking about the green sand and maybe some kelp meal honestly...but I plan on making a compost pile to have for next year and I'm going to buy all kinda goodies to add to it ..such as kelp meal...i just wanted to order it all at once to save on shipping

Has anyone tried using the shit that grows in ponds ....we always call it sea weed but I know that's not what it is...its long and stringy and usually grows in ponds when the water is low...makes for bad fishing too...i was thinking of tieing a bunch of treble hooks on and reeling a pile of the shit in to add to the pile and make aact outs it...im sure it has some kinda helpful properties to it

Not familiar with a few of your additives, if your growing in a fenced area then your ok, things like blood or fish related gets a lot of wildlife in your garden ripping up plants to find the dead shit, with saying that, I would also add some kelp meal or make sure to brew it in your teas, half the benefit of the tea takes time so if your looking for quick stuff stick with synthetics, incorporate your soil additives into the tea recipe to get microbes specifically for your soil. Everything will become available if you use a good tea and top dress, so kelp, alfalfa meal (small amount) fish meal

I have been wondering how often or how much of the amendments you should use in the soil for next season in something like super soil for instance...and would blending it and letting it cook for 5 or 6 months be ok or would it be a little less potent ...im sure it couldn't be too much diff

Would you use the same amount or like half the amount you originally used

Hes a gd bloke man just gets pissed when pll go to the wrong place to ask shit...like i said man organics and soil ammendmants is a gd start and teah ammending your soil from yr to yr can be done good with a cooking or settling time of few months

Ive used mine for 2 seasons now but going new soil next season

What's the deal with the oks?...are you referring to my mix or to my responses to be a smart ass...if its the first one then thank you...if its the second then don't bother putting your comments on here...nobody appreciates a fucking smart ass....and my area isn't exactly fenced in....iv barricaded it and I do fence my plants...i know animals can still get to them if they want but I usually have live traps all kind of repellents and I also make a sort of box outa post for fences around my soil in the ground and I put chicken wire above the soil and nail it to the post to jeep critters out...it works for everything but bears....and they have been getting close to my spot eating the black berries that I'm planted near....but I usually keep them away...which additives do you not know about....if its the shit that is in the pond I can try to find a picture of it...i have read that certain kinds of grasses that grow in ponds and rabbit food both can be used for plants and works very good....i just don't know exactly how to use the rabbit food unless you would pulverize it or let it break down in compost ....

I think they say ok bcuz your asking questions that are answered in numerous threads , I hope what I said helped, I work so I took time outta my day to try to help, also if your using synthetics why build a soil? You left a pretty heavy open ended question by not specifying . Start with what you know, you don't need anything you just need the right amounts, you didn't mention soil quantity or container size, full season, light dep, autos, indicas sativas hybrids . Don't over complicate things, figure out where your at and brings us some info, I'm not trying to be a dick, just try rephrasing after you know some specifics, otherwise just try to take the oks as your ok and go with what you've got. You could always not add things if your using synthetics as they'll kill all your microbes and turn all your goodies into inert, piles of stuff that your roots will not be able to absorb. Teaming with microbes is a great book, without your microbes you might as well not use anything bcuz it won't have enough release available to your cilia anyways but on the other hand it'd be great soil in a few years when it starts breaking down , hope this helps and good luck! Seems your looking for a quick easy answer to your question which to me sounds like synthetics might be the way to go for ya
