any skaters?

so today i was at the volcom skate contest in austin and its the championship with everyone from around the world it was so sick but while i was there some punk stole my skateboard! and my girl said multiple people tried to take it. it was laying right by her. it was so gay cause i was freaking out i would of had to spend over 130 to get a whole new board. after i bought some new stuff for a new board i search around for someone with my board and i find him!! out of 200-300 people i find the kid with my board and took it back. so fucking immature you dont steal peoples shit. ecspecially someones skateboard at a skatepark. hes lucky i didnt beat the shit out of him. i would of got a ticket if i did. but seriously stealing anyones anything is fucked up they did something to get that or they had to work for it or something. it got me so pissed off im even pissed off still about an hour after i found it. that kid is a total waste of space. punk ass kids thinking they can take everything they "find"

ppl hate on what they cant have/afford. i woulda beat his ass if i were you or at least have made a HUGE scene and had security/police come over and see whats good and press charges on him

That sucks....I have a $200 longboard and if anyone stole that shit.....skulls would be hurting.

i never had any stolen, but i cant tell you the amount ive spent on boards from them breakin

I would have punched a hole through his face and maybe his gut too. Heck, I would have just covered him in holes

i used to skate from about the age of 13 or so till i was about 28 or there about.. i'm 40 now.. i just took my 13 year old nephew to the mall last night and i ended up buying him a skateboard.. it was a special deal for $89 i think it was, some brand i've never heard of, an atm i think it is, but he likes it.. got venture trucks and bones wheels and bones red bearings for it as well..
i took him to this skate park that we just saw the other day coming home from his ice hockey practice.. it was crowded with a bunch of kids on razor scooters, so we tried this other skate park in another town.. that one was even more crowded with bmx riders, lol..
we ended up at this old ass spot that i used to skate years ago that we called the bubble ditch.. it's weak sauce compared to shit they have now adays, but he had a good time and it wasn't crowded at all being we were the only two there, lol..

that sucks about dude ganking your board though, but awesome that you found out who took it and got it back..

what pro skaters were there?? was it street or vert or both??

it wasnt pros you can look it up and see videos of it probably in the next couple says
it was volcom wild in the park austin tx championship
it was insane i only stayed for a hour and a half and only got to see 14 like 16 and under but they were pullin out some crazy tricks
there was a 9 stair 6 stair and ledge pyramid 15 min jam per heat
some one pulled out a nollie bigspin late flip down the 6
i didnt get to see the pro/am which is really unfortunate i really would of loved to see them i believe they have a list of the riders dont think any pros were there no one really knew anyone. they were form usa canada and europe i believe

that sounds sweet none the less.. i'm from like the philly area, so after we got home i was checking out some skate videos from love park in philly, and found this gem.. i love it, pun intended of course, lol..

lol i almost busted my ass today trying to do an ollie, lol.. i can't believe i couldn't even fucking ollie, i was really ashamed of myself for that one..

it fucking kills me though as when i was younger, there were hardly any parks around me, and now adays it seems like every damn town around me has at least one..
my town has a sweet ass cement pool that i'd kill to have skated back in the day..

lol i suck now and then.I just never was able to pick it up.Id just grind lol.Or take out my long board with creaper wheels.

Ever been to FDR?
I used to skatebard when I was like 14.I was pretty good,lots of good places to skate here.Temple and william penn are always packed.

lol, that's the same question the kid working the skate shop at the store asked me yesterday as he goes there all of the time... fdr wasn't made till i was pretty much done with skating.. would love to still check it out now though..

it was all vert ramps and they were building a mini halfpipe last time I went.I always liked jumping down stairs and shit more.I gotta check it out again.

but never been to temple drove through or by it before tho haha
i can do some tricks im not good or anything just simple grinds and basic tricks no technical tricks unfortunatly haha

hell yeah man when i used to live up in dallas there was this hill it wasnt like huge or anything cause its texas haha but it was the best and biggest hill around and they re paved it about 3 years ago now but they make it so damn smooth its just so nice to go down. me and my buddy were stoned one day and saw a guy some up the hill with a trik and he were like man you should bomb this with us and he said no so we went down and when we got down and started to walk back up he started coming down. he was carving nice at the top but then got to much speed and when he was about 10 feet away from by buddy i carved hard right by him and he ate shit! he hit so fucking hard he couldnt get up. we asked if he wanted help and he said no get away so we started to walk away cause we were so confused and so stoned haha but after walking a little bit we turned around and went and told the fire station right by the hill and then he got takin to the hospital and shit. later we find out that its some guys dad who went to our shcool! and ive sold bud to him! so i some what know him. then we find out that his dad broke his hip and needed to get a hip replacement! it was such a crazy day!

yeah haha it was fucking dumb if i stole someone board i would make sure i didnt get cause. but im not a douche i have my own board. he looked so dubfounded when i took my board form him. he put some stickers on it. to probably some how say its his cause if i saw him good thing i had a sticker on my board i noticed
