Any tips on getting rid of junk foilage?

Anybody got any good tips on getting rid of copious amounts of junk foliage, in the middle of the city with little or no transportation involved? Mulching now. Any better ideas?

depends what you mean by junk foliage.

some would argue that there is no junk as you can make butter, oils etc.


I give all my trim to a friend who dries it and smokes it when he has ran out of bud.

root balls, stalks, fan leaves etc. i'm in the same boat, i normally end up with multiple garbage bags sat arou/nd for months on end.

first time i got rid of it i just wen to a local city dump and chucked it all in the garden waste bins, although lots of supervisors walking around so i did have to remove it all from the black sacks, not cool :lol:

i get a bit paranoid about just chucking it in random bins etc, maybe i'll try burning it in a friends garden some time :lol:

I just take all mine to the dump. BEfore I was legal I used to wear contruction clothes and saw I was cleaning out another grow op. Its a regular thing at most city dumps.

i have a section of my yard that is not real pretty and i just bury it there. i only grow around 4 plants at a time so i don't think this would work for someone who grows shitloads. as far as the dirt i just let the pots sit for a few weeks after harvest and then break up the root balls and use it to bury the stuff. i water it so it settles. it must be so fertile back there lol. also if you can pack some of it in smaller sized plastic grocery bags you can just go "vaccuum your car" and ditch it in the trash. i have done this twice. lol i have even gone through the charade of pretending to put money in and acting like the vaccum is broken so i can just leave. just a show in case those stupid cameras actually work.
