ANY TIPS ON HOW TO GET MOST POTENT BUDS AND BIGGER THIS IS MY FIRST GROW I FOUND THESE OUTSIDE I TRANSPLANT VEG 2 WEEKS NOW HAS BEEN FLOWER ABT 2 WEEKS is 10on 14off a bad light cycle I heard this can reduce yeild .....

You really should have your lights 12/12.
Keep your humidity between 20-30% and have good air circulation, don't overwater or overfeed.
What total wattage are your lights?

Nice son..... Good find. Stolen plants? Maybe..... Who cares, nobody came here for a morality check. 12/12 is best for flower. A word of advice- Stolen plants are known to smoke extra harsh! You need to smoke the bud in a stolen bong or the cough is unbearable.
