Any way to get denser nugs and more yield?

I have a small closet: about 3'X4'. I have been using T-4s for veg phase. I have been using T-4s and adding CFLs for the flowering phase. My first, my last grow, resulted in some really airy nugs. I assume it is because of the lighting I used.

Should I be topping to get more yield if I am using a SCroG?

Can I put any stronger lighting in such a small space if I am doing a SCroG grow this time and will have a bit more vertical space?

Are there any small HPS or other bulbs that I can add in such a small space if I only have a small computer fan for ventilation and a small oscillating fan inside the box?

Has anybody had any success getting dense nuggies with CFLs and/or T-4s?

Get humboldts Gravity.

small HPS for flowering in the cab. install more fans or what ever you need to do, but the HPS makes all the difference. cheap 150 watt security type from the local big box store. I think you can even get a 75 watt.

NOt the best by any streach, but it certainly will do better than what you got from the floros.
That was my experience anyways.

Done rally well with CFL's get 150w worth of the 23w Soft whites... Keep them within 2" of your plant and make sure you have even coverage.. will make a major difference.

there are 25-250 watt hps out there you can buy.....if you want dense nugs find an indica dominant strain, have ideal environmental conditions...

I use Canna Boost instead of Humbolt Gravity. Guess I am going to try increasing some lights by adding a small HPS. Can I mix any kind of light together during the flowering phase as long as they are bloom bulbs?
