Anybody have a clue as to what may be causing this?

So I've posted about this plant in particular before, early in on it's growth. And it's still having the same problem, I've questioned pulling her out and calling it quits many a time while maintaining the room. But none-the-less, here's a little background knowledge on this girl:

Strain is unknown, as it was a bag seed, germ'ed with the rest of my crop for shits n giggles
It's been the runt since Day 1

Medium: FoxFarm Ocean Forest, PH normally around 6.5-7
Nutes: so far a half dose of GH's Nova: Grow given maybe a month ago so induce more foliage growth, other than that just plain ol' H2O, PH about 6.5 -7.5

Lights: 4 ft. 8 bulb GE's HO T5's
Temp: Day 75F - 87F; Night 75F - 65F
RH: 35% - 45%

Pics:
The first three are from earlier today, and following that are from a few weeks ago...

Hmm...my first guess, was the PH being high, before I read anything, and I'm gonna stick with that. Is it possible that you've been giving them 7.5 more often that you might think? Being that the plant's color looks fine, I'd say it's not a drastic problem. The soil will lower the PH to a more useable range, after awhile, which is probably why they aren't showing deficiencies. Just a guess, but I'd say that the strain is just more effected by PH, than the others. Lower it some, and it'll likely be fine.

Just double checked the soil's ph after watering this morning, and it's 6.3.
Maybe... ph shock? Low ph of medium -> higher ph water... I don't know? Just trying to think along the lines of PH.

they look fine leave her be other then you might of spilled something on them leaves
Yeah that picture of the one leaf I thought could have been early onset of a phos deficiency but it cleared itself out. My guess, light burn from some foliar feeding early on the day. Which I quickly learned not to do.

^I agree. Try watering with water known to be about 6.5, and see is that helps. Idk if that twisty growth will straighten out, probably not, so you'll have to monitor the newest growth, and go from there.

yeah, there have been a few sets that seemed to come out more regular than the rest. but it seems to have reverted back to these irregular twisted leaves. I guess we'll see what happens after the next watering. would you advise against adding nutes, as the rest of my garden willl be receiving its first feeding at that point?
