Wasn't trying to be an ass, but patting you on the back and saying everything will be all right does you no good either. Growing your own meds doesn't have to be hard. Maybe you can get lucky and some of your other seeds will sprout. The thing to remember is you are new and need to learn, therefore don't go all nutty professor right away. Decent soil, some light, water, and a little food is all you need. after you learn the plant a little more, than advance another step. The problem for most new growers I think is they get in over their head. You won't have record breaking yields right away, but you will still have nice plants. Hell, I grew 12 plants in a CLEAR rubbermaid container three separate grows, with Miracle Grow soil, cfl light's and Alaska fish fertilizer. I averaged about an ounce a plant, wasn't great, but was better than what all the people that say you can't use miracle grow,
or grow multiple plants in one container said I would get. The container was one of those under bed ones, so it was only like six inches deep, but still got 3/4 pound. Just take your time, read a little, you will find out who gives good advice and who doesn't. And also, there are sometimes more than one way to do things, and all of them are OK, but some people will swear only their way works or works best (seed germination for example, paper towel, soil, jiffy pellets, glass of water, they all work, but some people will swear there is only one way to do it). If your ten seeds sprout in a paper towel, they would have sprouted in soil or a pellet. It does suck about your seeds, and I hate you got fucked over, but you should have gone with a trusted seed bank. And yes, I know people complain about all seed banks, but you really can't go wrong with Attitude, SoS, or Herbie's. I know there are a couple of others I'm missing, but those are the three I can speak for. Good luck, and once you get going and learn, it becomes more fun and than you start to experiment and advance your grow. Next thing you know, King Kong buds.
