Anyone ever use one of these LED lights before.

It doesn't seem to have a brand name. But their are a few people online selling them for around $60 Canadian and i was thinking if they are good and actually put out around 130w like other good 300W lights then i could get 2 for the price of one good name brand 300w.

Also i know these aren't perfect for growing or should i say flowering, but i want it to start my plants indoors come May, and or maybe start some Super Hot Peppers next month. I rather LED over HPS just because they dont get hot to the touch. Its a hobbie light lol. The Spring and Summer Sun will be my main grow light.
