Anyone have a reflector hood in this shape? Need measurments ASAP! =(

I'm attempting to build a DIY reflector hood like this one: View attachment 1272346

The bottom edge width on this one is 24" and 30" long with a depth of 12". I've seen similar ones with a width of about 20" and 26" long and a little over 9 inches deep. That would totally work too. (Note: I need the measurements so I can get the angles right, otherwise I'd just free-ball my own dimensions.)

It doesn't have to be that exact size, just the shape is what I'm going for. If anyone has a hood shaped like this, a measuring tape and a few minutes I'd really appreciate it. + Reps!!!

make a paper mock up at 10% scale

make it 30cm x 24cm then when your happy every cm measurement = 1 inch

Thanks stickybob, I was just thinking about doing something like that yesterday. I still wish I could get those exact measurements for the Bell hood, but I suppose whatever I end up doing in a couple days couldn't be any worse than the hood that's on it atm lol:



I can always just do a simple batwing design too I suppose.
