Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

This is my almost 4 week old mimosa auto, as you can see I'm currently having a bit of a deficiency/a tad bit of nutrient burn problem i think. Originally i thought it was just a Ca/Mg issue because i was using basic distilled water.

So i whipped together a microdose mixture with some calmag bloom city (0.375–0.4 ml per 24 oz) and have been adding about a cup of that for the past 2 watering sessions (I water every 3ish days), these photos were taken today (2 days after the last watering).

I have her planted in a 5 gallon fabric pot (Really only filled to like 4.5), with some basic perlite soil i think, with some Dr Earth tomato feed (1/4 cup) mixed into the soil (i mixed the fertilizer pre planting) and have her on a 18/6 light cycle, I measured the soil ph multiple times as of recently and I'm pretty sure its hovering around 6-6.5-6.6 (I only have basic ph paper strips)

The official chart from Dr Earth says to add another 1/4 around week 4 but I'm not sure if i should or shouldn't based on what's happening here so, some insight is very welcomed!
