I hear they can only fine you $100 for less than an ounce.

Do they take that from you after the fine?

What if the person has 30 grams but it's wet. Do they weigh it then and there? Do they confiscate it and then write you a ticket based on what they find?

What if you have 4 people in the car and they find 3.5 ounces of weed. What happens?

well, i've heard cops weigh the plants with all the leaves, roots, some soil and shit... and that's the figure they give, not just the buds.... so i guess they weigh that shit at the moment, before it dries out.........................................

but let's say you have it in the car or are walking with it. i dont see a cop having a scale on them.

alot of our cops carry scales
we have a ton of soft powder in my area so i guess they are just prepared for whatever. Its like a lil drug kit they keep in the trunk an it has those little test packets to see what substance it is etc.
