Anyone in New England plant outdoors yet, or move there plants outside permanently?

my plants are like 4 inches tall a few sets of leaves..was wondering if everyone thinks the east coast frost is gone?

I plan on planting around May 15.

I have some lettuce in my garden that seems to have taken nicely, but that's a cold weather crop so its hard to judge if im safe.

Have one out for over three weeks just to see and she I doing fine and not a sign of flowers yet another set out for a week making weekly moves just to b sure I'm more worried bout hard rains tomorow than seeing a slight frost

Why don't you just cover them at night if you want to get them outside? Just curious. In my case I'm building my seedlings up before planting to handle the heat. It's 95+ today.
