Anyone interested on how to recondition old soil?

Ive been doing this for quite sometime time, I haven't bought soil in over a year...if enough people are interested id be more then happy to share the wealth.

I would be interested, as i am about to start using, sub cools super soil mix.. a $300+ investement in soil. and would be interested in knowing some one who has had success with it. I am not sure how you would get all the ingredients back that you originally bought in the mix. stuff like green sand, or kelp, etc ...

Well This is just basic soil, nothing special. My base soil back in the day was Happy frog, but essentially its exactly the same as what they did in the factory , except, Your adding the ingredients your self. Ill get started on this how to right away.

I've heard Hygrozyme is enough to break down old root mass and other shit in the soil. With a good flush and some 'zyme I would think you'd have a nice fresh start at a soil medium. Granted, it won't be loaded with as much natural nutrients, but there's always artificial nutrients which most of us around here use anyways.
