Heat and/or over or under watering; you need better airflow and larger pots would help. They look to me like they are in small pots for their size which forces you to overwater them yet they dry out when you try to cut back on watering right? I think you should go with a larger container even though transplanting could be a pain in the ass under that scrog net. Fresh mix would also help green them back up; they look hungry....

how are the roots? looks like you may have gnats, aphids, or pythium. i'd agree with heat if the tops were bad, but it seems local to the lower branches...

It's hard to tell from this picture.

What kind of temperatures are you recording in there?
How close is your light to your plant?
How often do you feed/water and do you let your growing medium dry out before re-feeding/watering?

Hey mate.
That may be the worst of them. But by the looks of your pic the one to the left looks very similar.
I'm not suggesting anything, but, I know a guy who's plants always look similar, he virtually has a peak every two or three days. He has a multitude of problems and has had thrips and mites but not generally, he just doesn't dial anything in.
Still produces, and some is great quality but you get out what you put in.
The book Marijuana horticulture by Jorge Cervantes will help you any many others. Can be downloaded.

This info may help.
Size of room? Type of media? How many and what lights? Breeder of said plant? Which Nutrients? EC? PH? Fans ( extraction and circulation)? How often do you change nutes? What's the watering schedule? What type of nutes? RO water or tap? Temp high, low and average? Humidity high, low, average? How many days in what stage? Are you trying to scrog? Do you have external air coming in at what volume Lt per min? How long did they veg? Are they seeds or cuttings?
Cheers
