Anyone Tried This Soil?

Cellmax universal soil
The description seems awesome imo and I'm soon going to buy a bulk from the site so I can get this without having to pay extra shipping

I tried searching the site for cellmax, but couldn't find anything..

Seems about the same as any, very little detail as to whats in it.

What's the specialty in this soil ?
