Anyone using the Mr Green grow methods?

i built a similar setup as explained in the Mr Green vids but I have a few questions about putting his drip system to use. He states that he waters his rockwool cubes 3x a day. He does this early on in the plant's life. I tried watering my seedlings with phed water 3x a day for a minute each time and that seemed to be too much. Am i missing something here?

I also thought that rockwool was not to be saturated with water. With Mr. Greens methods, the rockwool always tends to stay wet.

Is anyone unsing his techniques with success?

Um,3x's a day during daylight hours,try stretching the water schedule.
