Anyone with Cloning Knowledge.. and what recipe to use with Technaflora Kit. pls help

Ok... I want to top my S.A.G.E plant which is at it's 6th node already.. and I want to top right on top of the 3rd, and clone the top...... and eventually i want to leave the 4 strongest colas from the 6 that it will have..... anyways.... besides that..... I would like a good recipe for cloning this....

I have the Technaflora Kit which includes the rootech cloning gel, Thrive alive red and green... Root 66, Sugar Daddy, awesome blossom, Magical, and of course the Base, Grow, Boost, and Bloom..... I wish I had a cloner all I have is rockwool cubes... I tried the recipe that comes with the box, but it didnt seem to work so good.... It says to just soak the rockwool cube in thrive alive.... But have read with others that it is good to use bloom nutes to clone... is this true?... hmm..

I also have Superthrive and Ph Up and Down...... I know Ph is supposed to be at 5.5ish..... was also gonna ask.... If i were to put it in a plastic container as a humidity dome... (Since it is only a small clone, and only 1.... why use a whole 10 x 20 dome)....How much fresh air does it need?.... Can I put it inside a plastic container with a lit on it, and just uncover it 2-3 times a day for a min or so?.... or is that a bad idea?.... hmm

And how much light does it really need for a small clone?...... I was thinking of putting it on that container, and putting it on top of my laptop for heat (ghetto, i know...lol... But thats how I germinate my seeds.... works every time..lol)... anyways, and just using the light that shoots off from my monitor... lets see if it works... f it..
