Well dimming light might cause more stretching, so make sure it's in the optimal range to prevent that. You will have to tie the branch down. I'm a bit further along with my first grow and I had to tie my LEDs to the top of the tent because some branches already hit the top of my tent. Thank god it stopped because I thought about topping them.
You could tie them down or supercrop the tallest branches a bit to get them a little lower. Or raise the light. Unless its already at the top of your tent.
If you can't raise the light, you either need to supercrop it or monstercrop it. In my case, it was like yours so I had to supercrop a bit more extreme.
they should be done stretching by now, long as they look healthy and are OK being that close to lights you should be good, if not then may have to supercrop a few tops or tie em down a bit to get them to ideal canopy level.
Use fans blowing over top of canopy and one blowing up to the light to keep the temp optimal, I even use 1 intake with duct pointing below the light, makes a huge difference.
Looks like you have room to bend top 6"-8" 90 degrees on all tops.
Supper cropping. Pinch to crush the stem between thumb and finger, roll gently to bend stems to the angle you want.
Probably need to do it twice as they like to straighten themselves but after that they will develop a chunky knuckle .
