Anything wrong with my plant lol?

Hey everyone, i have a question about my plant. Its roughly 12 days old from germination and seems to be unhealthy some how. The leaves are kinda wrinkly and are starting to canoe a little. Its under three 100 watt equivalent cfls at around 4 inches. There is also a large box fan on low for ventilation. Can anyone shed any light based of the pics? Much appreciated

soil seems like it might be a little hot or did you feed it already?

I placed a fertilizer spike in so its been fed. Ill let the water dry out and see if that does anything lol.

Its some miracle grow potting soil i picked up from from home depot. I just raised the lights a little also to allow some of the heat to dissipate.

If I was you I would flush it, mg usually already has food in it plus you fed it... she's gonna burn up
