are auto-flowering strains good?

whats your opinion guys? im very tempted to try a crop but im worried about overall quality of the available strains. has anyone grown them? if so were they good? what potency would you say they have? and what litre pots could you use and still get a good plant? how would you compare them to "normal" strains.

i tried diesel ryder, it was ok small low yields not the strongest, but fast and easy

i used one gal pots. they are great smelling and i'd say as good as some reg strains but not the really good ones
