If you want more of a body buzz let it go for more amber trichs, maybe a week?
If you like more heady you could chop.
Looks good to me, I like more amber so I would let it go a little longer.

From these pics, I'd say yes.
Trichs on leaves don't count.
Now that most of the hairs have turned red & shriveled and the calyx have swollen, look under a larger bud at it's bottom node, there's a calyx there.
If it looks like this, she's done.
