They are stretching, and here is a seven days cfl grow on a random bag seed I got if you wanna compare (looks about the same i guess when there that young you cant tell)

I would not worry too much about it man.
They stretch sometimes because they are trying to get to the light. Did you transplant them into those containers?
You may not have put them deep enough. Just fill them in with more dirt (looks like you have space).

How old is your bulb? MH bulbs degrade 50% faster than HPS so you have to change them twice as often or else while they may still appear to be bright the light spectrum they are putting off is not what it used to be so you have light and you have heat but you do not have enough of the spectrum of light that is needed so you can still get stretch.
