Are the lights this guy isnseliing

Let me know what you think I want a new LED, was going to go through HLG maby. Was also looking at at kingbrite from Alibaba but that’s completely née to me
 
Do you want them now, cheapest or money is no object?
HLG has best rep (as I understand) right now, but kinda expensive.
If you're in no hurry & on a budget, keep looking. Example, I got a 450w board (lm301b & meanwell driver) for about $375 USD, but it's been a few weeks and it's still not here.
 
Don’t need them now, but soon. I literally don’t know what I’m looking at, I know the basics. Meanwell drivers are good, QB96 (or whatever are good,) and if I can read specs I can compare and know if it’s good or not.

Only if the specs are from a reliable/reputable seller!

if your experiance is anthing like mine with alibaba or the others, you can expect up to a month or more for delivery
