Are these co2 tanks good enough?

HigH people. I have a digigro coco co2 monitor and regulator scheduled for delivery today. Bought a package deal(minus tank) on eBay for $350. Been looking around for a CO2 tank. I came across a local espresso and beverage cart company selling used 20lb. Co2 tanks for $49.00. Here is a pic
Assuming they are in working order, will one of these work for my set up? I'm just a rookie but I don't see why not? I'm not concerned about the outside appearance of the tank at all! For $49.00 I just need it to work for me! Not look pretty. Any thoughts and opinions are appreciated! Thank you!

Are they in test? Cause otherwise you will need to pay to get them inspected before you can get them filled. At least where I am.

Haven't called on them yet. But I'm assuming and hoping they have been tested. Is it a hydrostatic test? Thanks!

they could be decent but I would call around first to see how much it would be to refill vs exchange. Where I am at its more expensive to refill by $10 a 20lb tank vs exchange. Exchange however will only accept those newer aluminum tanks with the black grab handles. Personally I rather do an exchange purely for the fact I like to walk in and walk out without waiting.

Thanks! I'll call around. Just got the co2 controller and regulator in the mail. Definitely need a tank now!

So this is what I'm working with. Just delivered today. Need to get a co2 tank and set it up now.
