Are these getting close to being harvestable?

I'm new to this growing thing. a little nervous about harvesting at the right time...

You want all the white hairs to recede and turn orange it will eventually stop growing white hairs. When you see like a couple dozen thats a good sign youre about a week or two out from harvest.
