Are these going hermie?

I live in a residential area and puts some plants in my backyard amongst my various veggies. It looks like some of them are going hermie, but I'm not sure b/c I've never encountered this before. I think maybe stray light from neighbors/the rest of the world might be the cause. I want to be sure before I do anything drastic. They look super nice right now and I'm gonna be pissed if this is the case. A couple of the plants have what appear to be pollen sacks on the bottoms of some of the internodes. Take a look at my pics and help give me some insight please. Could I just pick all of them off? Do I spray with Reverse? Or do I kill them (which would be tragic).

I'm not a master at this by any means but think your alright. Can't see anything myself in the pics to suggest hermie. some nice vids explaining the hermie condition on youtube. As for what to do if one is a hermie, I always pull them. I know its painful, had to do it last week, but you will never get all the pollen sacks and they will pollenate the females and bring down the return in bud as the energy will go into seed production. Only know this as I found out the hard way.
